Eligibility for returns

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Items that cannot be returned

Sale or clearance items, unless required by law.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering not caused by us.

Gift cards and downloadable or digital products, if applicable.

How to request a return

To request a return, please email us at contact@walkyday.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, if paid, are not refundable unless the issue was caused by us, such as a wrong or damaged item.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for different sizes or colors, depending on stock availability.

If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund once the return has been approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@walkyday.com.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you faster.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back your item.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped yet.
