Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on your destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other external factors.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on most orders when available.

For overseas destinations, remote areas, or special delivery locations, additional shipping fees may apply.

Any extra shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated before processing your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, or by SMS if you provided a phone number at checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re shipping costs.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, high demand periods, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Walkyday is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities, but we will assist you with tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Customs, duties and taxes

If applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees are the customer’s responsibility.

These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by Walkyday.
